sorry, but everybody's advice to scrub the hell out of this thing is bad.

soak it in vinegar overnight and it will come out no problem

carbon (i.e. burnt things) are alkaline, vinegar is acidic

I used to quell in kitchens. We'd boil a bit of vinegar in them, just because we didn't have time for overnight soaks.

Also boiling citric acid can help. I'll squeeze a lemon and heat it up while gently scraping the pan with a plastic (heatproof) spatula.

I have a similar pan and the instructions on the pan said to it water and nothing else and boil it. I messed up once and burnt some food and it worked like a charm!

find yourself some barkeepers friend

get about a teaspoon of powder with an equal amount of water and make a paste. Work it into the burn marks and leave it overnight. should loosen it up really good.

Alternatively you could use some steel wool and elbow grease, but that might scrape off your nonstick coating.

Get it hot. When it's really hot pour a little water in and scrape with a wooden spatula. Same as deglazing, basically.

I saw this little vid on Facebook that is probably bullshit, but had a dryer sheet in the bottom of a frying pan and water. Let it sit overnight and it all came out.

Like I said, probably bullshit, but zero effort and next to nothing in cost. Can't hurt to try.

surprisingly, this one works for at least some things. when I burnt some rice once, I tried it and it worked. alternatively, equal parts vinegar and water overnight, and then sprinkle baking soda on over top in the morning.

I have stainless steel so no personal experience with ceramic but I have heard that hot water and baking soda works. I would also use a soft scrubber and circular motions. Usually I deglaze my pan with hot water as soon as I'm done cooking. If you let it sit, they are much harder to clean. Of course, that's with stainless, not ceramic, ymmv.

Careful with ceramic pans or the thermal (de)expansion will crack the pan

I absolutely know the answer to this! Use one of these ceramic hob scrapers under warm running water and you pan will come up literally brand new. It doesn't damage the pan as you might think it would.

Edit: not sure why I'm getting down voted. This works perfectly, I use it about once a month on my own ceramic pan and have managed to bring it from being only fit for the bin to perfect on more than a few occasions.

Boil with vinegar and water.

White vinegar mixed with salt.

Fume free oven cleaner. Make sure the pan is dry and only cover the area that needs cleaning. Let stand for 20 minutes and reapply if necessary.

Note regular oven cleaner will eat aluminum, make sure it is easy off fume free.

Maybe try cerama-bryte? It's normally for glass top stoves so it might work.
